Help make amazing happen

Show your love for the club, from a safe distance

Since we can’t all get together and make something wonderful, let’s stay far apart and make something even more amazing. We’re asking supporters to create their own mini-displays at home, which we will combine into a large show of love for DCFC.

When matches resume at Keyworth, we want to be ready. So we’re asking supporters to create mini sections of tifo at home that we’d like to quilt together for a giant, home-made display.

Please don’t think that just because you’re not as talented as the guy who painted the Dogs Playing Poker that you can’t help. Tifo is, and always has been, a judgment free zone. All artistic skill levels are welcome and celebrated! You don’t have to be Picasso, we’d even welcome the lady who touched up the Jesus painting in Spain if she wanted to help!

If you want to create your own:

Use any fabric (old sheet, etc.) and paint (art paint, house paint) that you have laying around. Hand-painted displays should be approximately 5×5, but can be any size, big or small, that you feel like contributing.

So please get creative and do what you’d like, but if you need some help getting started, here are a few prompts to help you brainstorm:

  • Your favorite Keyworth scene
  • A message of support to the club and community
  • Trash talk your most hated team, or virus
  • A portrait of yourself in the stands
  • DCFC-related symbols/phrases

This is literally paint by numbers, so if you feel as if you aren’t artistically gifted, please don’t let it stop you from coming to help, the painting is easy but there are all kinds of other things to do as well.

Over the course of the next few months, we will be looking for people to help with the following:

  • Sewing/Gluing

  • Match day deployment/tear-down
